How We Work Together

  1. 01

    First Meeting

    We talk about your needs, the way you live or work, your budget and your timeline, and define the scope of services together.

  2. 02

    Site Visit and Measured Survey

    We study the existing space, take the necessary measurements and prepare the as-found drawings that the design will build on.

  3. 03

    Concept Design

    We bring together layout proposals and the approach to colour and materials, and set the design direction with a concept presentation.

  4. 04

    3D Design

    We present the space in three-dimensional images and review furniture, material and lighting decisions with you before implementation.

  5. 05

    Construction Drawings

    We prepare the approved design for implementation with plans, elevations, furniture and detail drawings in line with the scope of services.

  6. 06

    Production and Site

    On projects that include implementation or site follow-up, we coordinate production and work on site within the agreed scope and check that it follows the design.

  7. 07

    Handover

    On projects we implement, we carry out the final checks, review any outstanding items and complete the handover. For design-only services, we deliver the agreed drawings and image files.

Revisions
The number of revisions and the stages they cover are set out in the proposal and the contract. Additional requests that change the approved design or the scope of services are assessed separately.
Project Duration
An approximate schedule is shared once the area, needs and scope of services are clear. Design, client approvals, production and implementation are planned as separate stages.
Site Follow-up
The frequency of site visits, team coordination and the scope of checks are set for each project. The design service on its own does not include production, purchasing or site management.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I commission the design service only?

Yes. Without commissioning implementation, you can choose a concept design or a full interior design project according to your needs. The drawings and images to be delivered are set at the proposal stage.

Can we renovate just one part of an existing home?

We consider requests for kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms or other living spaces case by case. The scope of the work is defined according to the existing conditions and your needs.

Are design and implementation costs separate?

The design service and the costs of materials, production and implementation are assessed separately. If site follow-up or management is requested, its scope and fee are also set out separately in the proposal.

How do you run projects outside Istanbul?

Depending on the project’s location and scope, we work through online meetings, an on-site survey and planned site visits. Travel, accommodation and visit arrangements are explained at the proposal stage.

Can I work with my own contractor?

Yes. You can work with your own implementation team on the basis of the project we prepare. If you would like us to coordinate with your team and follow the site, that service is scoped separately. Workmanship and implementation responsibilities are set out in the contract.
